What is the rental term?
From 101 to 180 days. Shorter and longer terms are not offered.
What is included in the price?
A furnished apartment and utilities up to 3,000 TL a month. Anything above that is paid by the tenant. The price is the same for all apartments and depends only on the length of stay.
Is there a deposit?
Yes: one month’s rent at your rate. It is returned at the end of the stay after the apartment is checked.
What about cleaning?
Final cleaning costs €50. Cleaning with linen change during your stay costs €50 each time, on request.
How do I pay? Is there online payment?
There is no online payment. You send a request, we agree the details and sign the contract in person.
Will I get documents for a residence permit and address registration?

Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 23:00 to 08:00.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in any of the apartments.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments.
How do I get there?
The nearest airports are Antalya (AYT) and Gazipaşa–Alanya (GZP). We can arrange a transfer from either of them on request.
