Who is responsible for your data
TODO: controller, tax number TODO: taxId, address Karacalti Cd. 77, Avsallar, Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, e-mail TODO: email, is the data controller (veri sorumlusu) under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process
When you send a rental request: your name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, citizenship, dates, number of guests, the apartment you chose, whether you need documents for a residence permit, and your comment.
When a company sends a request: the company name, tax number, contact person, e-mail, phone, number of employees and the period. When you request the sale documents: your name, e-mail, phone, company and comment.
When you visit the site, the web server records technical data: IP address, date and time, the requested page and the browser type.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
We use the data from requests to reply to you, prepare an offer and conclude a rental contract. Legal basis: processing is necessary to conclude or perform a contract (KVKK art. 5(2)(c); GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
We use server logs to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5(2)(f); GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not make automated decisions about you.
Who receives the data and transfer abroad
Requests are delivered to us through the Telegram messenger and by e-mail ( TODO: mailProvider). Telegram’s servers are located outside Türkiye, so delivering a request involves transferring personal data abroad. The legal basis for this transfer under KVKK art. 9: TODO: transferBasis.
The site is hosted by TODO: hosting. We do not pass your data to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for TODO: retention. If a rental contract is signed, contract data is kept for the period required by Turkish law. Server logs are kept for TODO: logRetention.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request that third parties be notified of such correction or deletion, object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Under the GDPR you also have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Send your request to TODO: email. We will reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest (KVKK art. 13). You may also apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
