Rental term
Seasonal rental from 101 to 180 days. Shorter and longer terms are not offered.
Price
The monthly rate depends on the term: 101–120 days: €490 per month; 121–180 days: €450 per month. An incomplete month is charged by the day: monthly rate ÷ 30 × number of days.
Utilities up to 3,000 TL a month are included in the rent; anything above that is paid by the tenant.
Deposit and cleaning
The deposit is one month’s rent at your rate. It is returned at the end of the stay after the apartment is checked.
Final cleaning costs €50. Cleaning with linen change during the stay costs €50 each time, on request.
Request and contract
A request on the site is not a booking and creates no obligations for either side. The rental is agreed in a written contract, signed in person. There is no online payment.

House rules
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Rules on pets and smoking are listed in the FAQ.
Licence
The property operates under licence No. 07-6625, issued for the whole property.
